The Womb Space
A gentle, ongoing space for womb connection, breath, and embodied presence.
 

These sessions are an open, collective space for women to reconnect with their womb in a way that feels accessible, grounded, and choice-led.
 

Whether you are completely new to womb awareness, or you’ve been working with your womb for many years, you are welcome here.
 

There is no “right way” to participate.
You’re invited to arrive exactly as you are & leave with what you need.

What this space is

Collective Womb Wellness Sessions are regular, drop-in gatherings designed to support:

  • Gentle womb awareness

  • Conscious breath and presence

  • Grounding and embodiment

  • Ongoing connection through regular practice

  • Community support without pressure to share

  • Womb energy hygiene — tending to and clearing what you may have picked up, carried, or absorbed
     

This is not about pushing, activating, or fixing.

It’s about coming back into relationship with your body in a steady, sustainable way.

If you’re new to womb work

 

You don’t need any prior experience.

You may choose to:

  • Simply rest and listen

  • Breathe and notice sensations

  • Place a hand on your body or not

  • Keep your camera on or off (if online)

  • Participate quietly without sharing

If you’ve been working with your womb for some time

This space can support:

  • Regular maintenance and integration

  • Staying connected between deeper work

  • Gentle recalibration and grounding

  • Community resonance without intensity

  • Womb energy hygiene as part of ongoing practice

Everything offered is an invitation, never a requirement.
Many women find that
consistent, gentle spaces are what allows deeper work to land and be embodied over time.

  • Be at a certain stage of your journey
     

You’re welcome to come regularly, occasionally, or whenever it feels supportive for you.
