Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT POLICY To honour both your time and mine, and to ensure fairness for all clients, the following booking policies are in place. BOOKING FEE A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee confirms your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your session. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. When 48 hours notice is given, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment to another available time. If less than 48 hours notice is given, the booking fee will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required to secure another appointment. NO-SHOWS If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. In this case, the full cost of the appointment may be charged, as that time has been reserved specifically for you. LATE ARRIVALS Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so we can begin calmly and make the most of your session. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be cancelled or shortened to respect the schedule of other clients. In this case, the booking fee will not be refunded, and a new booking fee will be required to rebook. Thank you for understanding and respecting these boundaries, which help me hold a consistent and supportive space for all clients.
