About the event
FlowBREATH is a sacred space for women to be seen, heard, and deeply held. A place to reconnect with yourself, with one another, and with the ancient wisdom of the breath.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Breathwork is a deeply transformative practice, and your safety is of the highest priority. There are certain contraindications that may prevent participation in the FlowBREATH ~ Breathwork Journey.

• Diagnosed severe PTSD
• Severe mental health conditions (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis)
